By submitting content to ArubaTV Plus, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator and sole owner of all rights to the submitted content, including but not limited to copyright, and have the full authority to grant the rights contained in this agreement.
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• You grant ArubaTV Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your content across all ArubaTV Plus platforms and broadcast channels.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArubaTV Plus, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of these representations and warranties.
• ArubaTV Plus reserves the right to edit, modify, or decline to use any submitted content at its sole discretion.
• You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee broadcast or publication of your content.
